Why we do this
Renting chairs and tables should be one of the easy parts of planning an event. Too often it isn't: prices are hard to find, quotes take days, and nobody will tell you plainly whether they'll deliver to your street.
We started Bista's Party Rentals to be the straightforward option: a local business that answers its own messages, tells you plainly whether it can reach your venue, and prices a backyard graduation party as sensibly as a full wedding reception.

This block is the only invented-free zone on the site: we haven't written a backstory on the owner's behalf. Replace it in src/app/about/page.tsx.
What you can expect
Clean, well-kept chairs and tables that arrive when we said they would. A quote that shows what you're paying for. And a straight answer if we can't help, including a pointer to someone who can.
A real photo here does more for trust than any amount of copy, even a phone snapshot of a finished setup with the van in the background.

Affordable, honestly
Events add up fast. We keep rental pricing straightforward so seating your guests isn't the line item that breaks the budget.
You talk to us
No call centre, no ticket number. The person who answers your message is the person who'll be there on delivery day.
We show up
A delivery window we agreed, on the date we agreed. Your event doesn't get a second chance and we treat it that way.
Every size event
A christening lunch for 20 matters as much to us as a 200-guest reception. Small orders are welcome.
