What Does Chair and Table Rental Cost in Pittsburgh?

People ask us for a price per chair, and it's easy to see why. It's the one thing you can compare. But the chair is the cheap part of the job. What moves the total is everything around it: where you are, how many tables, whether we can get close to the door, how long you need it all.
Delivery shows it best. Inside our local area it starts at $29 and goes up with distance and the size of the order. Stairs, a long carry from the street, or a wait for someone to find the key can add to it, which is why we ask about the venue before we quote.
We rent chairs and tables and nothing else, so there's nothing else on the invoice. No linens, no centerpieces, no add-ons to tick. The quote lists the rentals, delivery and pickup, each on its own line. If you want us to set up and take down, that's priced in. If you'd rather we drop and stack, it isn't. The FAQ on what's included is the short version.
Paying
A deposit of 50% reserves your date and isn't refundable. The rest is due before delivery or pickup. We take cash, Zelle, Cash App and cards, and nothing is charged through this website.
Why there's no price list
A list that suits a thirty-person yard party would be wrong for a two-hundred-person hall, and the other way round. It's easier to give you the actual number. The FAQ on pricing says more.
If you're comparing us with someone else
Make sure the quotes cover the same things. Ask whether delivery and pickup are both included, whether setup is, what the deposit is and how much of it comes back, and what they charge if something is damaged or returned dirty. Ours is a $35 cleaning fee for items that come back properly dirty. We've listed more of these in questions to ask before you rent.
Send your date, guest count and the address through the quote form and we'll send back the real figure. There's no minimum order, so twelve people is fine.
