On the day
What to Expect on Delivery Day

If this is your first time renting chairs and tables for an event, delivery day is usually the part with the most unknowns. Here's what actually happens, start to finish.
Before the day
Your quote already covers delivery within the local service area, priced from your venue address rather than guessed at, so there's no surprise fee waiting at the door. The remaining balance is due before delivery or pickup, and the deposit you paid to reserve your date counts toward it.
A window, not an exact minute
Deliveries are scheduled around the rest of the day's jobs, so we work to a window rather than promising an exact minute. If your ceremony starts at a specific time, or your venue has its own set delivery slot, tell us that on the quote form and we'll plan the window around it rather than around us. See the FAQ on choosing a delivery time for more.
Where things get left
Chairs and tables are dropped at your venue, set out or stacked depending on what you asked for. If you arranged setup, that's priced in and confirmed ahead of time rather than sprung on you at the door. If you're doing it yourself, everything's left stacked somewhere sensible for you to arrange.
What's on you during the event
Once it's delivered, you're responsible for it until we collect it, the same as any rental. That's a normal part of the arrangement, not a catch: check things over when they arrive and let us know straight away if anything looks off, and keep items out of standing water if the weather turns. Normal signs of a good party aren't a problem; the FAQ on damage and cleaning covers what would be one. If you end up short on chairs mid-party, that's covered too, in the FAQ on running short.
Pickup
Pickup is scheduled when you book, so nobody's chasing anyone the morning after. All we ask is that everything's stacked roughly where it was dropped off and out of the rain, so it's a quick, straightforward collection rather than a search around the yard, per the FAQ on leaving things for pickup.
Who actually shows up
Whoever you spoke to when arranging your quote is generally who you deal with on the day, not a rotating crew from a call centre (the FAQ has the short version). If something about your venue is unusual, tell us in advance so it's already accounted for rather than a surprise on delivery day.
